I will use your phone number to give you ongoing voice message support (if you like). Your address information is used for tax purposes. You can request your invoices if you like.

None of the information you provide on this website will ever be used for other purposes than providing the services you have requested (chess coaching). Your personal information is stored safely and will never be shared with others.

Monthly prices are always rounded down in your favor. All prices include VAT and transfer fees (PayPal or Stripe).

I will let you know as early as possible when I am unable to make it to one or more of our lessons. I will then offer you the possibility to reschedule or get a refund for your missed lesson(s).

If you have to cancel a lesson for whatever reason, please let me know as early as possible - but at least 24 hours before your lesson so we can try and reschedule.

No problem at all. You can downgrade (e.g. weekly > biweekly) or upgrade (e.g. biweekly > weekly) at any point. Simply let me know during one of your lessons or by sending me a message or email, and I will change or cancel your subscription accordingly.

I do ask that you let me know at least 10 days before the next month starts. However, I am a decent human being so I will not let you pay for another month if you do not actually want more chess coaching. So please do not worry about this being a subscription, it is just for the purpose of the payments being automated - neither you nor I have to think about it again.
